Insurance
Dr. Downey accepts most health insurances. She is a provider for BCBS, Cigna, Oxford, Empire MPN and Medicare. She is in network with UHC (except the community plan). She is out of network with all other plans and out of network with the UHC community plan
We can check benefits for you but always advise patient to check their benefits themselves as your insurance is a contract between you and the insurer, and the patient is responsible for knowing their coverage. We will provide billing services for our patients with coverage.
